Damp Terms of Use
Effective 17 September 2026
By downloading or using Damp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Damp does
Damp lets you log whether each night was alcohol-free or how many drinks you had, and shows streaks, estimated money not spent and estimated calories not consumed based on numbers you enter. It is a tool to support your own choices. Estimates are estimates.
Not medical advice
Damp is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Stopping or reducing heavy drinking suddenly can be dangerous for some people; if you drink heavily, talk to a doctor before making changes. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services.
Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Damp.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Damp offers auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly and monthly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple's App Store.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
No warranty
Damp is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including missed notifications or inaccurate estimates.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
